Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the AuraKosmos platform (the "Platform"), available at aurakosmos.com and through its installable web app.

The Platform is operated by Summit Collective (S.L.), whose registered office is at Avenida Diagonal 536, 08006 Barcelona, Spain, registered under number B21663216 (the "Publisher").

The Platform offers spiritual guidance services: tarot readings, Lenormand oracle, numerology, birth chart, astrological compatibility, daily horoscopes and Premium content (rituals, meditations, courses).

2. Acceptance of the Terms

Using the Platform means you fully accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Platform.

Purchases (Ether, Premium subscription, individual content) are also governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale, which prevail over these Terms on everything relating to sale, payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds.

3. Nature of the service

Important: the readings offered on the Platform are generated using artificial intelligence technologies. The psychics presented are virtual characters.

This service is offered for entertainment purposes only and never constitutes professional advice, whether medical, psychological, legal, financial or otherwise. It does not replace the advice of a qualified professional. If you are in distress, contact emergency services or a health professional.

4. Registration and account

  • Registration is free and reserved for people aged 18 or over.
  • You undertake to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.
  • An account is personal: it cannot be shared, assigned or transferred.

5. Virtual currency — Ether

The Platform uses a virtual currency called "Ether":

  • Ether gives access to certain readings and is deducted each time it is used, according to the cost shown before the action.
  • Ether is obtained by purchase from the Pricing page, through the Premium subscription, or offered as part of one-off operations (welcome, referral, progression).
  • Ether has no monetary value outside the Platform, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and is not refundable once used, unless the law provides otherwise.

6. Premium subscription

The Premium subscription gives access to exclusive features and content. Its billing, automatic renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale, in particular in their "Subscription conditions" section.

7. Rules of use

It is forbidden to:

  • use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or contrary to these Terms;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the systems, to other users' accounts or to the Platform's data;
  • extract content on a large scale (bots, scraping) or resell it;
  • publish or transmit hateful, violent or defamatory content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties;
  • circumvent payment, limitation or security mechanisms.

In case of breach, the Publisher may suspend or close the account concerned, after prior notice except in an emergency or proven fraud.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform (texts, images, illustrations, sounds, software, trademarks and generated content) is the exclusive property of Summit Collective or its partners. Content generated for you is reserved for your personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction or use without authorisation is prohibited.

9. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and the use of trackers in our Cookie Policy.

10. Liability

  • The Publisher does not guarantee the accuracy, relevance or completeness of generated content.
  • You acknowledge that readings are for entertainment and remain solely responsible for the decisions you make.
  • The Platform is provided "as is", without any guarantee of permanent availability; interruptions may occur for maintenance or in the event of an incident.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits the Publisher's liability where the law prohibits it, nor the rights you hold under mandatory consumer protection provisions.

11. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Deletion erases your personal data, subject to the retention periods required by law (see the Privacy Policy). Deleting your account does not by itself cancel an ongoing subscription: remember to cancel it first.

12. Changes to the Terms

The Publisher may amend these Terms. You will be notified of any substantial change by email or on the Platform before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Platform after that date means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers residing in the European Union retain the benefit of the mandatory provisions of their country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of habitual residence.
